Why pay to file a dispute?

We have decided to charge teams a fee when filing a dispute to prevent abusive claims. If a dishonest player files a dispute, they will be required to pay 10% of the total stake for the match. If the validators determine that the claim was unfounded, the player will not be refunded their 10%.
